On April 8, 2026, the relocation ceremony for the global headquarters of Jiangsu CareRay Digital Medical Technology Co., Ltd. was grandly inaugurated in Suzhou Industrial Park. Nearly 100 guests, including representatives from the Suzhou Industrial Park government, strategic partners, and customers, were invited to attend the celebration and jointly witness this historic moment as an international company deeply engaged in the field of digital medical imaging embarked on a new journey.
The ceremony was themed “A New Setting, A New Chapter — Leading Digital Imaging into the Future,” conveying the message that, with the launch of its new headquarters, CareRay will lead a new round of transformation in digital imaging technology with a broader perspective and a more forward-looking vision. In his speech, CareRay Chairman Liu Jianqiang fondly reviewed the company’s founding aspirations and development journey, and expressed his sincere appreciation for the strong support provided by Suzhou Industrial Park over the years. He stated that, as a global company, CareRay has always been driven by technological innovation. The official completion of its global headquarters marks the company’s strategic development entering a new phase.
Tang Hao, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the High Trade Zone of Suzhou Industrial Park, spoke highly of CareRay’s achievements and stated that efforts would continue to optimize the industrial ecosystem and inject strong momentum into the company’s high-quality development.
Amid great anticipation, the signing ceremony opened the event. CareRay successively signed strategic cooperation agreements with UK-based ISDI Ltd, Maide Intelligent Technology (Wuxi) Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Renyan Information Technology Co., Ltd. The three collaborations focus respectively on the localized manufacturing of CMOS detectors, the application of intelligent diagnosis and treatment technologies, and medical information technology services. This strategic deployment not only demonstrates CareRay’s deeper expansion across the global industrial chain, but also reflects its strategic vision centered on technology-driven development and ecosystem collaboration.
