Recently, CareRay Medical Energy Technology (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “CareRay Medical Energy”) participated in the 2026 China Information Association Data Element Application Innovation Competition and received the special individual award, the Data Foundation Award, for its Medical Public Data Element Operations and Intelligent Service Platform.
On August 27, CareRay Medical Energy was invited to attend the “Digital Government” exchange event at the 2026 China International Big Data Industry Expo, where it was recognized at the Digital Government Track award ceremony.
This year’s China International Big Data Industry Expo held a series of exchange events focused on frontier fields including data elements, artificial intelligence, and digital government. Hosted by the China Information Association, the “Digital Government” exchange event was themed “Empowering the High-Quality Development of Digital Government Through Coordinated Digital and Intelligent Technologies.” It brought together representatives from government departments at all levels, research institutions, and industry enterprises to explore new trends in digital and intelligent development.
The 2026 China Information Association Data Element Application Innovation Competition focused on unlocking the value of data elements and innovative applications. The “Data Foundation Award” places particular emphasis on core capabilities, including high-quality dataset development, data governance systems, data standardization, and secure data circulation, recognizing projects with outstanding achievements in building foundational data element capabilities.
The award-winning Medical Public Data Element Operations and Intelligent Service Platform is primarily designed for county-level integrated healthcare systems, primary healthcare institutions, and regional healthcare platforms. Focusing on medical public data operations and the intelligent upgrading of primary healthcare services, it establishes an intelligent platform integrating data governance, large-model management, multi-agent orchestration, business applications, and operational supervision.
Based on an overall architecture of “one foundational platform + N agents + three types of user terminals,” the platform serves three user groups: administrators, healthcare professionals, and residents/patients. It provides comprehensive intelligent service support for assisted diagnosis and treatment, chronic disease management, public health, management decision-making, and other applications.
