On April 8, 2026, the relocation ceremony for the global headquarters of Jiangsu CareRay Digital Medical Technology Co., Ltd. was grandly held in Suzhou Industrial Park. Nearly 100 guests, including representatives of the Suzhou Industrial Park government, strategic partners and customers, were invited to attend the event and jointly witness this historic moment as the international enterprise, which has been deeply engaged in the field of digital medical imaging, embarked on a new journey.
Themed “A New Chapter, a Brighter Future,” the ceremony signified that, with the launch of its new headquarters, CareRay would lead a new wave of transformation in digital imaging technology with a broader perspective and a more forward-looking vision. Liu Jianqiang, Chairman of CareRay, warmly recalled the company’s founding vision and growth journey in his address, and expressed his sincere appreciation for the strong and sustained support provided by Suzhou Industrial Park over the years. He stated that, as a global enterprise, CareRay has always been committed to technology-driven innovation. The official completion of the global headquarters marks the company’s entry into a new phase of its strategic development.
Tang Hao, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the High-Tech and Trade Zone of Suzhou Industrial Park, spoke highly of CareRay’s achievements and stated that the zone would continue to optimize the industrial ecosystem and inject strong momentum into the company’s high-quality development.
Amid great anticipation, the signing ceremony opened the event. CareRay successively signed strategic cooperation agreements with ISDI Ltd of the United Kingdom, Maide Intelligent Technology (Wuxi) Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Renyan Information Technology Co., Ltd. The three collaborations respectively focus on the localization of CMOS detector manufacturing, the application of intelligent diagnosis and treatment technologies, and medical informatization services. This strategic initiative not only demonstrates CareRay’s deeper expansion across the global industrial chain, but also reflects its strategic vision centered on technology-driven development and ecosystem collaboration.
Following the successful conclusion of the signing ceremony, the much-anticipated launch ceremony for the new headquarters was held, marking the official commencement of operations at CareRay’s global headquarters. The guests then toured the new office and R&D spaces, gaining an up-close view of the company’s comprehensive advances in its technology platforms and production capabilities.
