Recently, CareRay Medical Intelligence Technology (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. reached two strategic milestones — the official opening of its new office premises and, together with core ecosystem partners across the industry chain— Medsmart Technology (Wuxi) Co., Ltd., Mingli Medical Technology (Wuhan) Co., Ltd., Hunan MetaTech Medical Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Mandala Software Co., Ltd., Hunan Feique Medical Technology Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Pushikang Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Zhongke Xinhai Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Renyan Information Technology Co., Ltd., and Hainan Yuanchuang Active Health Industry Development Research Institute* (listed in no particular order)*** jointly initiated the establishment of the “Primary Healthcare Industry Ecosystem Alliance”**. Driven by the dual engines of “new premises + alliance,” this initiative marks CareRay Medical Intelligence's entry into a new stage of scaled development in primary intelligent healthcare. With stronger resource integration capabilities and a more robust service ecosystem, the company will inject new momentum into the high-quality development of primary healthcare.
As a core subsidiary of CareRay focused on innovation in intelligent primary healthcare, CareRay Medical Intelligence has, since its establishment, remained committed to the mission of “enabling everyone to access personalized, compassionate health protection close to home.” It has focused intensively on the core track of “intelligent equipment + data middle platform + AI empowerment”, building full-scenario solutions covering primary diagnosis and treatment, chronic disease management, and health services. The opening of the new premises not only upgrades its integrated office space for R&D, operations, and services, but also establishes a physical platform for collaborative innovation among ecosystem partners. The Primary Healthcare Industry Ecosystem Alliance established on the same day brings together diverse core strengths, including equipment supply chain manufacturers, healthcare IT enterprises, data technology platforms, local state-owned enterprises, research institutions, and logistics and distribution providers. With “resource sharing, complementary strengths, collaborative development, and mutual benefit” as its core purpose, the Alliance will address challenges in primary healthcare through efforts in three dimensions: First, it will jointly tackle core technologies, focusing on key areas such as intelligent testing equipment adapted for primary care settings, AI-assisted diagnosis and treatment systems, and secure data circulation technologies, thereby enhancing the capacity for primary healthcare technology supply;
Second, it will jointly establish a standardized service system, promoting standardized development in primary healthcare equipment configuration, data governance, and service processes to address the challenge of uneven regional healthcare development;
Third, it will build a resource-matching platform to connect the entire industry chain of “equipment supply - technical support - implementation and operations - data monetization,” enabling high-quality medical resources to truly reach the primary level through ecosystem collaboration.
