“Designing Machines for AI” to Drive Deep Collaboration Between Imaging Equipment and Intelligent Capabilities

During the exchange, CareRay Technology introduced its development philosophy and technology roadmap. Centered on “designing machines for AI,” the Company continues to explore the coordination of core imaging components, intelligent hardware, and AI-assisted applications, enabling artificial intelligence to participate more effectively in image processing, operational assistance, and diagnostic and treatment support, while driving the continuous iteration of technological capabilities through real-world medical scenarios.

Three Key Application Areas

In the three key areas of primary healthcare, the intelligentization of medical devices, and pet healthcare, the two sides exchanged views on specific scenarios including image acquisition, AI-assisted analysis, intelligent examination workflows, coordination between edge and cloud-based models, and related product applications. They discussed approaches to integrating technological capabilities with actual product requirements and further communicated on the coordination of relevant technical resources and potential cooperation.

Exploring Pragmatic Cooperation Driven by Specific Scenarios

This exchange further deepened both parties’ understanding of business requirements and technological capabilities. Going forward, the two sides will continue to explore the coordination of technical resources and the feasibility of cooperation around specific scenarios such as primary healthcare, the intelligentization of medical devices, and pet healthcare, with the intention of exploring the transition from conceptual discussions to validation through specific projects.

CareRay Technology will continue to uphold its original aspiration of “improving public health” and the philosophy of “designing machines for AI.” Starting from product development and actual application requirements, the Company will explore the deep integration of medical imaging hardware and artificial intelligence, providing more efficient and intelligent products and services for medical and pet healthcare.

This event was an industry exchange and cooperation discussion and is not expected to have a material impact on the Company’s performance in the short term. The development of artificial intelligence from research and development to industrial implementation still requires validation. Investors are advised to invest rationally.
