R&D and industry resources gain a new base
According to information published by Suzhou Industrial Park, CareRay’s global headquarters officially began operation on 8 April 2026. The new site supports R&D, technology innovation and global business coordination, providing organisational and physical capacity for the company to expand from core digital X-ray components toward broader intelligent-imaging capabilities.
Three partnerships address three capability paths
On the opening day, CareRay signed strategic cooperation agreements with UK-based ISDI, Maide Intelligence and Shanghai Renyan Information. The partnerships cover local manufacturing of CMOS detectors, intelligent diagnostic technology and healthcare information services.
The three paths connect high-performance image sensing, AI analysis and assisted diagnosis, and data-service infrastructure. They align with CareRay’s capability progression from sensing to analysis, assisted diagnosis and services.
The global service network supports delivery
The industrial-park report states that CareRay has subsidiaries in the United States, India, Italy, Japan, South Korea and Singapore, and sells products in more than 30 countries and regions. Operating scale and regional revenue remain subject to the company’s periodic reports.
